Sir,
With due veneration, I beg to submit the following for your kind and favourable consideration.
That I am a student of class IX. My father has been transferred to Islamabad and will shortly shift our residence there. I along with my family shall leave Karachi on the 20th May to join him. I shall not be able to continue my studies in this school any more.
You are requested to consider my submission sympathetically to issue a Transfer Certificate at an early date to enable me seek admission in a school at Islamabad. I shall ever remain grateful for this act of kindness.
