Sir,
With due veneration, I beg to submit the following for your kind and favourable consideration.
That my brother is getting married next week. My father is out of town and I am the only male member in the family. I am required to take part in making necessary arrangements of the function. Limited time is now left for the arrangements. I need leave of absence for four days from 10th to 13th April 2003.
You are requested to consider my submission sympathetically and grant me the requested leave of absence. I shall ever remain grateful for this act of kindness.
